About Me
My name is Kris Ericson, and I have lived a pretty average life. I spent the first 15 years of my adult life in the military and in the federal government, and now I work in the private sector. I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the DC area for work in 2020, where I have been ever since.
I wrote my first song for my wife on our anniversary. I have never been one to be artistic or express my feelings (hence "A Man of Few Words"), but through music, I have been able to do just that. I decided to release my music in hopes that just one song will make an impact on just one person. My first album, Our Story," is about the first 15 years of my marriage. No marriage is perfect, and they all go through peaks and valleys. My lyrics are written from a man's perspective, and I feel it is difficult for males to truly express their emotions. So I hope that my songs can be relatable, to not only men but women too, and maybe just maybe, I can help just one marriage out in the process of sharing my music.

Helping Those Who Help
2 new songs!
A couple of weeks back, a representative from the rescue "Horses That Help" reached out to me and asked if I would be willing to donate a song to an album that they are putting together titled "Rescue the Rescues". The album will be used to raise funds for rescues throughout the country! When the album goes live, when someone purchases it, they will be asked which rescue they'd like to support!
The first song that I submitted was specifically made for "Horses That Help," and the point of contact loved it so much that she asked if I would be willing to submit a second song that would be broader and could be a featured song on the album. Humble and honored, I of course said yes and have submitted the second song!
The album should go live in a few weeks, and I will keep everyone updated when it does, along with sharing the two songs in addition to their music videos.
